Synopsis Edit

Codex struggles to keep the Guild meeting on track, and everything turns out great! Not.

  • This episode marks the first appearance of Dena, who will make minor appearances throughout the series.
  • This episode marks the first time all members of the guild have met face to face.
  • We learn Bladezz's real name is Simon in this episode.
  • This episode is the first in which someone joins Cyd when she's talking to her webcam. This will happen a few more times during the series.
  • We learn what each of the guild members do for a living; Clara and her husband work in pharmaceuticals, Cyd is a violinist, Vork was taking care of his grandfather full time until he passed away.
  • Vork's suit used to be his grandfather's. He also still collects his social security checks.
  • This is the first time Cyd turns to her guild mates to help her with Zaboo.
  • Bladezz reveals that Vork gave him the entire Guild bank, giving him a lot of leverage against the Guild.

  • Shooting in the restaurant was the first time the entire cast met and worked together face to face.
  • Felicia Day was a child prodigy, learning to play violin at the age of 2 1/2.
  • Vork's cheese gouging monologue is one of Felicia Day's favorite things she's ever written for the show.
  • Clara was not originally a drinker, just ditzy. This character development was started by Robin Thorsen requesting a stand-in Cosmo during this episode.
  • The collated agendas were constructed by production designer Leah Mann.
  • The Knights of Good logo was made by tweaking clip art.
  • Dena is played by Vince Caso's real life sister Tara Caso.
  • "Clear Blue Ocean" was from a real relaxation tape that Jeff Lewis actually used.
